Brandi Brooks emerged in the staffing industry in 1999 with a simple goal; to provide unrivaled customer service in the staffing industry. Her passion, vision, and determination lead Force Personnel to differentiate itself in the staffing market by focusing on cultivating a team of experienced individuals.  It was the energy and pace of the work as well as the gratification involved in helping people that has fueled a passion for the staffing industry ever since.

Cindi is the General Manager of Force Personnel with twelve years of experience in staffing. Cindi is passionate about being able to aid in people making changes and succeeding through the help of Force. Knowing where someone started and watching them grow is the reason she enjoys staffing. Cindi implements decision making, optimizes expenses, and sets goals for Force. She describes Force Personnel as “A great group of people who will make it happen.”

Blake Mohr is a dedicated job recruiter with a passion for helping individuals find their perfect career path. Since May of 2022, Blake has been committed to connecting talented individuals with their dream jobs. With a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to make a difference, Blake takes immense pride in his work.
